The experience
Come in from the weather.
Step into deep heat, cool off in the Atlantic air, then settle into a warm sea-view yurt with tea between rounds. Three hours to move entirely at your own pace.
Take the photo. Put the phone away. The next three hours are yours.

One booking, one group. The sauna and yurt are yours alone for three hours, with no other guests on site.

Move between deep heat, fresh Atlantic air and the shelter of the yurt. There is space here to let the day slow down.

Good to know
What does a session include?
Three hours’ exclusive use of the pre-heated electric sauna, cold outdoor shower and warm sea-view yurt for changing, tea and rest between rounds.
Will we share with another group?
No. No other guests are on site during your booking.
Can we stay overnight in the yurt?
No. The yurt is part of the daytime retreat: a warm, sheltered space to settle into between sauna rounds. There is no overnight accommodation.
How will booking work?
Available dates, session details and payment will be handled online. The booking link will appear here as soon as the first sessions are released.
